Clarmell Farms Pie Baking Instructions
Bake pies from FROZEN!
Preheat oven to 350F. Bake on bottom heat, not convection. Place oven rack on the lowest setting.Set frozen pie onto parchment lined pan to bake.
Bake Meat pies for ~80-90 minutes.
Bake Fruit pies ~70-80 minutes or until center internal temperature is 195F.
Top crust will be a uniformed golden brown.
Bake Pumpkin or Pecan pies for ~45-50 minutes, until center is set, not jiggly.
Fillings will be piping hot. Allow time to cool before enjoying your home baked pie.
